Kimi ga Nozomu Eien OVA ~Next Season~ 01

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first watched this. It has been a few years since I watched the first one. When I first heard of the second season (of OVAs). I was thrilled. I enjoyed watching the first and I was wondering if they would try to do a different route. After watching it… I was disappointed. The animation isn’t up to par with the other eroge to anime out there… it sucks. And it is an alternative from the anime left off after Haruka gets released from the hospital.

THIS ANGERS ME! Many spoilers ahead!

We first start off by seeing Haruki holding walking out of the hospital holding a bouquet of flowers. Everyone is happy… except for me.

Enough of this crap.

We then find out that for some reason. Mitsuki is standing at the roof of the hospital. Haruki tells her dad to stop the car and she runs out to look at the empty roof top where she caught a glimpse of her. Shinji telling Takayuki to turn on his phone and a message awaits. Mitsuki is leaving and they all begin to cry. right…

Seeing her was probably the best part of the episode. Even though there was much of her to see.

While I continue to watch this long and boring OVA. We see that Takayuki tells Haruka that he loves her.

Wow he’s ugly.

Most of the episode isn’t really worth mentioning. I felt as if they tried to drag it out unnecessarily. But the ending of this episode came to me quite a surprise. Haruka does a lot of thinking and then tells him that they should say goodbye there at the train station.

Served.

This is the kind of stuff that made me watch almost all 14 episodes of the first season in a single marathon. I just want to know what happen next. Probably will wait until all episodes/OVA are released before I watch the next one.
