It’s been a month since the last real post but nothing really that interesting (that’s otaku related) has happened at all. I’m still using Twitter for random updates that isn’t worth posting. I’m hoping something happens this next month.
My random thought process right now is making it hard to make a post that is sequencial so it will be kind of all over the place.

Just recently, someone made a karaoke version of the song where a guy sings about having an addiction to eroge type games.
Although the beat to this song is very catchy and upbeat. The lyrics are hilarious and depressing at the same time.
Premise: A guy talks to his friend about suggestions to what games to play.

Hatsune Miku is a computer idol from a program called Vocaloid2. It is used as a virtual synchronizer for voices to create songs. So far Vocaloid2 has only been released in Japan and the text to sound translation works best for Japanese. Although I’ve known about her for some time now. Featured in works like this.
And I just recently found another gem by her.

This upbeat song has made me fall in love with guitar once again. Too bad I hate my current guitar.. but then again.. you get what you paid for.
The song was originally composed by Kotaro Oshio. A Japanese folk acoustic guitarist. One of those artists that a guitarist should know. He isn’t like Andy Mckee (spelling?) where he slaps the string every couple of beats. I admit that it isn’t an easy thing to do but it just gets kind of boring to watch and listen to after a while. I just like the style of playing Oshio does. Utilizing the “Boom Chick”, a technique coined by Tommy Emmanuel.

Lots of hype for second season.. I loved the first and probably will not download it until a batch torrent comes out. Once I start watching.. I won’t be able to stop and it would be torture just to wait until the next… wow I’m a loser like that. Maybe I should show my enthusiasm by reading the books or buy some little figurines.. maybe not. I’m too poor for that.
